Let’s hit the charts…
1. GBP/USD
On the GBP/USD, buyers are on a rampage.
Price is currently testing resistance level 1.26617.
A breakout will encourage even more buyers to push price to the next possible resistance level 1.27276.
We should be cautious to wait for confirmation before buying, because price could also reverse at this level in order to retest support level 1.25405.
2. GBP/JPY
After price broke out through resistance level 134.592, price started an upward move to the next resistance level 135.903.
A breakout may most likely take price to our next possible support level (136.931), and a reversal may encourage sellers to drag price down to a former support level (134.592)
