My reason for sharing my trade journal is to encourage traders to also keep one for two major reasons:
- Track your weekly trading performance.
- Build a better psychology, which will sharpen your trading intuition
Both can only be done when you keep a comprehensive journal, and review it every week.

I started the trading week strong, but I slipped off the rails as the week progressed.
I fell out of sync with the market as the week progressed because, I was busy preparing for my trip, and handling other businesses while at the same time trying to focus on key moves in the market.
I am still on the move, so I will try my best to be more conservative as I trade the market this week
